Moving to a new phone

In the app, go to Settings and make a backup. Choose a password you'll remember, then save the file somewhere you can reach from the new phone, like your own cloud drive. On the new phone, install Terpdays and open the backup with the same password.

I forgot my backup password

I'm sorry, I can't recover it. The backup is locked so that only the password opens it. If you still have your old phone, make a new backup with a new password.

Deleting everything

Settings, then Privacy, then Delete everything. The app offers to make a backup first.

Call 911. For a possible poisoning in the U.S., call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
